2. Description of Service

Seqori is a constraint-based workforce scheduling platform designed for 24/7 emergency veterinary clinics. The platform enables authorized users to configure scheduling rules, generate compliant schedules, manage employee records and time-off, and track shift distribution across one or more clinic locations.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the Seqori platform requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Seqori does not provide legal, compliance, or employment advice. The scheduling outputs generated by the platform are based on the rules and data configured by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that schedules comply with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEQORI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO SEQORI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEQORI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

12. Indemnification
